1. To order
- Please email all details ( name, address, postcode, hp number, item code/url ) to ardour.byoiu@gmail.com
- Please check the availability status first. Make sure the items you would like to buy are stated AVAILABLE.
- If the item is already sSOLD, the sorry we would have to cancel your order with such heavy heart.
- However, shall your item be in the status of RESERVED, we'll put you int he waiting list. Shall the customer that reserved back out, you'll be int he list right away and we'll contact you.
2. To pay
- Payment can be made via Maybank, CIMB & Bank Islam only.
- Payment method will be given once we reply your order. Check your email, then :)
3. To deliver
- Items will be delivered the day after we receive your payment.
- Please let at least 2-3 working days until your parcel reach your doorstep.
- We don't do COD at the moment since both of us are studying so we have quite pack schedule juggling with business at the same time.
4. Terms & Conditions
- Please do not submit order if you're not sure to buy.
- Please do not go MIA on us and please consult us if you have trouble paying for the items on time.
- Goods sold are not refundable.
5. Return policy
- Only applied to misdelivered items.
